A. TERMS AND REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS
1. Applicants are Polytechnic/PDD/AKN graduates in 2018, 2019 and 2020
2. Pay the Registration Fee.
3. Collecting Registration Files:
a. Photocopy of the last diploma that has been legalized
b. Photocopies of Academic Transcripts that have been legalized
c. A statement letter from the applicant stating that the applicant has been registered at the Higher Education Database (PD Dikti) of the university of origin and the status has been declared passed.
d. 2 pieces of 4×6 color passport photo.
e. Color blindness free certificate from a government hospital or health center (for engineering applicants).
f. Statement of ability to finance college from parents / guardians of applicants.
Note.
Specifically for 2020 graduate applicants who have not issued their diplomas and transcripts, the FC diploma and transcript files can be replaced with:
a. Certificate of Passing (SKL) or Certificate of Passing Final Report Examination from the applicant’s home university.
b. Photocopy of KHS semester 1 to 5 (for D3 applicants) or semester 1 to 3 (for D2 applicants) which has been legalized by the department of origin.
B. TUITION FEES
1. Registration Fee = Rp. 500,000.00
2. Matriculation Fee = Rp. 1,000,000.00 per course.
(The number of matriculation courses is determined by each Department/Prodi)
3. UKT per semester = Rp. 6,500,000.00
4. Educational Facilities Development Contribution (SPFP)*
